All client communications are conducted through ProtonMail, an end-to-end encrypted email platform. Your files and correspondence are never transmitted over unprotected channels.
We do not retain any client files beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the service. All files are permanently deleted one month after contract completion, or immediately upon client request.
We do not sell, share, retain, or manipulate client data in any form or for any purpose beyond the agreed scope of work. Client data is solely and exclusively their property.
For internal improvement, service analysis, and legal compliance, we retain only non-sensitive metadata: file formats, file sizes, quantity of files processed, client contact information, and general service categories (e.g. finance, education, technology). No file contents are retained.
Client personal and contact information is held in strict confidence. It will never be sold, shared, disclosed, or transferred to any third party outside of Dering Analytics.
